Well, I have entered my first home brewing competition. The competition is sponsored by the Bridger Brew Crew out of Bozeman Montana. Deadline for entries is March 6th.
I have entered my Triple-X Milk Stout and my Better Red Than Dead Irish Red Ale. Of course I think they are pretty good beers, but it will be interesting to get some feedback on what someone else thinks. Since the contest is a blind judging, I should be getting some honest feedback. I just hope that I can handle the truth. Or at least I hope the truth matches my version of reality.
